INSPECTION UPDATE

A walk throughs inspections of decks and patios  have been conducted.  Notifications on prohibited items have been sent to owners.  All items in violation of condominium code must be removed. Please refer to section 14 of BBC rules and regulation under governing documents if you have questions on what is allowed.
